  • Rerun failed bacterial PCR samples - only 2 of the 6 worked (Plate 2, 9D and Tilbury Nov5,2012 #6G)
  • Write SR&ED document (or research proposal) for potatoes - did a mini one I sent to George
  • Extracting 30 ul of fungal rhizosphere PCRs from TVD trial to run alongside 10ul of unpurified PCR during HhaI digest (bacteria) and DdeI digest (fungus) of Mt. Brydges Plate 1 and 2
