Remains of the Day

  • Gel screen repeated fungal PCRs from yesterday and 96 bacterial ones from last week.
  • Work on soil swap paper (still having problems with numbers - use the ones in the Dropbox file labelled SorensonsMinus1s)
  • Ensure I have R2A media and recipe for nitrogen free, semi-solid, and cryo-vials for glycerol stock (and all other supplies)
