Remains of the Day

  • Spec and adjust concentrations of colony PCR DNA
  • Make plan for field day tommorow: harvest 5 plants per TBG treatment. These are to be weighed and sent for chemical analysis while root and shoot and rhizospheres taken for TRFLP. Also, get soil samples to bring back and repeat growth room experiment to show impact of TBG on endophytes but not rhizosphere.
  • Continue working on review article
