Remains of the Day

  • Plant corn again, using the Alpine starter fertilizer (surfactant in the product makes it real hard to dissolve aqueous TBG and fractions)
  • Redo PCRs of failed samples from yesterday - use half as much DNA in order to reduce PCR inhibitors
  • Restrict the lot of them for sending to Guelph later today (put 0.25 ul of HhaI in bacteria and BstNI in both Fungal and Oomycete - overnight digest)
