Remains of the Day

  • Run gel of semi-quantitative potato and tomato cDNA PCR (anealing was 50 degrees celcius)
  • Spray or drench plants based on results - work with Ebin to do quantitative PCR (see graph below)
  • Spraying potatoes and tomatoes with water, Actigard (50 ug/mL), IBR (1/100 IBR at pH 7.0), Alkaline Fraction F4 (1/150 dilution at pH 7.0), Acidic Fraction FX (1/150 dilution at pH 7.0) - will repeat again on Saturday then harvest on Tuesday
  • Send TRFLP samples to Robarts
  • Suggest grant meeting with Amy
