Remains of the Day

  • Extract RNA from frozen leaf tissue and make cDNA
  • Spray plants with fractions at the end of the day (hopefully review results from cDNA first)
  • Ethanol precipitate PCRs and resuspend with DdeI to restrict - send to Robarts tommorow (labelled unpurified tests as "up" - added 2 ul of PCR for TBG13 samples, 3 ul of PCR for M10 samples - ethanol precipiated samples recieved 15 ul of PCR product)
