The Daily Grind

  • tested out cDNA and RT pcr primers for potatoe and tomatoe PR1 and EF1. Annealing was 56 Celcius, 30 second extention time with 35 cycles.



  • the cDNA all came out great, but I think I forgot to add taq to the PR1 tests on the bottom row (far left bottom is negative control followede by potato pr1, tomatoe pr1, then left over + ef1, and blended ef1)
