The Daily Grind

  • After 24 hours of soaking in autoclaved water, seeds were steriliy transfered to autoclaved filter paper inside autoclaved glass petri dishes. 15 seeds per 125 mm dish plus 10 ml of autoclaved water. There were transfered to a dark incubator at 21 degrees Celcius for germination.
  • Finished english correction for Ivo Baldani's paper about diazotrophic endophytes in elephant grass.
