The Daily Grind

  • To do: Clean tubes, make/autoclave media (with Arabinose in it) and cut up potatoes (Sarah will do tommorow)
  • To do: Do test digest of plasmids to see if they have insert.
  • To do: Test formulations for auxin test, siderophore test, and antibiosis test.
