The Daily Grind

  • To do
    • Surface sterilize seeds (soap, bleach, ethanol) and process for microbes and DNA
    • Plant 16 seeds per soil treatment and place in the growth chamber (measure growth parameteres)
    • Plasmid prep pDSK plus adapter and ligate to ACC deaminase overnight, or redo pDSK ligation to adapter
    • Find and get 1 book about plant nutrition and 10 articles about endophytes
