To determine optimal cell densities for the cultures to grow into distinct cell colonies a dilution sequencen was prepared.

Cell line: HEK 293-Luc14

Plates: 6-well plates

Dilution rate: 1:5

Starting with a full grown plate mixed into 10ml liquid.
