Summary

Imaged BT-549 transfection, started BT-474 transfection.

BT-549 transfection results

Transfection was very poor, probably due to high culture density. Not going to worry about posting results, will repeat with lower confluency. One note: highest concentration of LTX reagent (15 µL) appears to be most effective.

BT-474 transfection setup

Same as yesterday's transfection, but with BT-474 cell line instead. Identical procedure.
