Protein Extraction

  • The Cell Pellet in tris was thawed in warm water for half an hour
  • The cell pellet was centrifuged at 18,000rpm for 2 hours.
  • The supernatant and pellet were separated and placed in the freezer.

Urea Preparation

  • A 5M solution of Urea was prepared
    • 30.03g of Urea were dissolved in 100mL Tris Buffer at pH=7.5
