October 5, 2016 : UV-Vis IV

Objective

  1. Run UV-Vis on gold nanoparticle solutions prepped 10.05.16

Description

UV-Vis

  1. Solutions prepped on 10.04.16 were collected for use on UV-Vis
  2. Each solution, individually, was added to the cuvette
  3. The cuvette was added to the UV-Vis machine and run from 800nm to 200nm
  4. Once the run was complete the cuvette was cleaned with 2 soap, 2 water, 2 HCl and 2 water flushes. Followed by a thorough drying
