Objective

Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook.

Description

  1. Add 1 mL 15 uM BSA stock solution and 580 ul of 4.3 uM stock solution to a test tube.
  2. Place test tube in oven at 80C. Take out every 30 minutes and let sit for 10 then place back in the oven.
