Objective

Repeat Experiment 1 from August 31. Synthesize Gold nanoparticles and take a UV spectra.

Description

  1. Combine 1 mL of 15 μM BSA and 1 mL of 2.5mM HAuCl4 in two sample tubes.
  2. Fill one tube with 8 mL of 50 mM Acetate Buffer pH 3.6
  3. Fill the second test tube with 8 mL of water.
  4. Place in over at 80C.
  5. Take UV spectra every 30 min.
