===Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience===
I've previously UROPed in the Langer lab examining the efficacy of different lipidoid nanoparticles at transfecting siRNA and mRNA into HeLa cells. After leaving the Langer lab I worked in the Belcher lab screening a library of M 13 bacteriophage for variants with protein coats with high affinity for platnium and gold. And this past summer I worked in the University of Helmholtz Environmental Research Center studying how different volatile organic compounds commonly found indoors illicit inflammation in human lung epithelial cells.
