I work in the Your Lab at XYZ University. I learned about OpenWetWare from Long ago I was Googling molecular biology protocols and one of the useful links was to OpenWetWare., and I've joined because I'm interested in starting a section for genome editing with CRISPR/Cas9. It would be great to have a centralized repository of protocols for using Cas9 in various systems (cell culture, in vivo with different model organisms, etc.) The field is moving incredibly fast, so it's especially hard to keep up with the best methods..
