Transformation of Gal4-VP64 parts in BL21-DE3for transactivation of Cyan flourescent reporter gene.

  • 1μL of plasmid and 9μL dH2O.
  • 40μL of BL21-DE3 competent cells.
  • Culture on AMP agar plates in 37°C incubator overnight.
