We will take a doodle poll to set regular office hours based upon T/R or W/F section. However, we do offer supplemental office hours before big assignments are due.
What times on Sundays (all), Mondays (T/R section), and Tuesdays (W/F section) are you available for occasional office hours? We have held office hours in the evening in the past, but day time slots are best.

September-December 2013 - Jacks Lab, Koch
-Induced expression of strong NK cell ligand in tumor cells to see if NK cell responses can be restored and maintained at different points in tumor progression.
-My role in this project, involved cloning lenti-viral vectors for inducing the expression of NK cell ligands in tumors; helping optimizes assays for testing NK cell function through cytokine production and cytotoxicity
January- current 2014 - Sasisekharan Lab, Koch
-The overarching goal of this project is to validate, refine, and apply the novel significant interaction model (SIN) model to a family of heparin binding growth factors (FGF family).
-I have done a lot of work with expression and purification of FGF mutants.
