I may have finally produced a reaction that produces just 1 PCR product and it's the one I want.

Results

Yesterday's reaction was a Mg++ Titration that didn't work in any reaction except 1 and that one was 2mM MgCl which awesomely gave me exactly one product. I still don't understand why the PCR machine doesn't give me reliable repeatable results, but I'm doing a big reaction today to hopefully get it done for good.
