Results

Well the reaction failed so I'll have to try again. Here are some things I can do to try and fix the problem:

  • Change the concentration of MgCl2. Right now it is 2.5mM but I could try 1.5mM and 2mM
  • Change the annealing temp.
  • Change the extension temp.
