Some quick notes:

  • Visualize QDs on slide (I've done this before but I should do again)
  • Mix QDs with lambda DNA and place on slide as is
  • qds and lambda DNA purify in column and then place on slide
    • For both this and the previous one I can also try to stain with yo-yo to see if I can see coupled qds.
  • figure out what to do next

I need to find time for this project.
