The Plan

  • write out this page
  • make sample chamber
  • create tethers of unzippable DNA
    • need to dilute tpBR
    • need more BGB - I already have mixed BGB it just needs to be filtered
    • sonicate beads - I already have diluted beads, they just need to be mixed and sonicated
  • prepare microscope
    • clean old oil
    • align condenser
    • run software
    • check trap
  • begin experiments
