Making BGB

I made Popping Buffer a while ago and now I have to make the other important component of tethering, BGB. I am following the recipe from here:
BGB Recipe

Notes

I am using some pretty old stuff. I didn't want to make new anti-dig and I also didn't refreeze it from the last time. I hope it works. If it doesn't then tomorrow I'll try remaking anti-dig and I'll realiquotting the 1x Pop I have in the laptop cooler.

Results

I took a couple of movies for Andy. I had 4 movies (2 from each sample): 2 movies of free bead propagation and 2 movies of tethered bead diffusion. I don't know where they saved, but I'm sure Andy does. It will be interesting to try this in heavy water.
