The chart below shows the absorbance scans across 200-800 nm for pH 4-12 with fructose concentration 0.75 mM.

Similarly to the UV-Vis samples from the 13th, the pH 11-12 solutions were more clear than pH 4-10. They still had much lower absorbances. The pH 4-10 samples had similar peak absorbances across the fluorescence spectrum scan (200-800 nm). The A(530) of pH 4-10 samples was also found to be similar across all samples.
