  • Making the solution of 1.25 g PVOH, 17.325 mL of 3wt% clay, 15 mL 12.1M HCl, 22.675 mL of H2O
    • Mass of PVOH: 1.2502 g
    • Mass of clay: 1.25/7*3 = 0.5357 g
