Longer time MT observation

I'm curious about what happens to the motility when I observe it for longer times. So, I'm making a fresh batch of MTs and I'm going to observe a slide for as long as I can handle it.

Observations

So the above movie has something interesting. It has a rotating microtubule. On this microtubule I think it has a tail. This tail eventually breaks off the MT and keeps rotating while the rest of the MT moves away no problem.
