Preparation of Stock Solutions (Version 2 of 9/2/2015)

Today, the procedure from September 2, 2015 was repeated with different volumes. The original procedure can be found here. The modified procedure detailing today's modifications to the original procedure can be found at in the AU Biomaterials Design Notebook here. Modified volumes were used because the reaction between lysozyme and the HAuCl4·H2O produced nanoparticles. Previously the reaction resulted in the formation of fibers. It is possible that the volumes resulted in the difference, so that question is being explored today.
