What I did today

In the Lab

  • Did the DNase Treatment for three different flasks. Total RNA was prepared for it already.
  • Worked on the network.

The Mathematics of it

  • Met with Dr. Fitzpatrick and talked about probability in a network.
  • We created a two gene cyclic network to see what the probabilities would be when one of the genes was turned on/off.
  • This led to making a matrix of 16 different possibilities.
  • We also made a MATlab program to compute the matrix at different weights.
