  • original concentrations: 656nM CS and 76nM MB

20X --> 32.8nM CS + 27.6nM MB

40X --> 16.4nM CS + 15.2nM MB

60X --> 10.9nM CS + 10.9nM MB

80X --> 8.2nM CS + 5.8nM MB

100X --> 6.56nM CS + 1.2nM MB
