To Do

  • Prepare MB samples and obtain UV-Vis Spectra. Calculate the concentration of each.

Sample Preparation

Prepare 150uL of the following MB samples with the following concentrations:

22.4nM, 17.9nM, 14.9nM, 12.8nM, 11.2nM, 9.9nM, 8.9nM, and 8.2nM

Original MB concentration: 7.61uM

Dilute to 895nM

7.61x10-6M (x) = 895x10-9M(150uL)

x = 17.6uL in 132.4uL PBS
