1) Centrifuge both solution for 1 hour at 4400rpm
 
2) Redisperse method 1 in 150uL KPB. Redisperse method 2 in water (250uL?)
 
3) Take UV-Vis measurements of both solutions and determine the amount of DNA attached per particle.
 
*Also repeat method 2 (faster of the two and is the one we were thinking would be most suitable)
