* Because we saw a non-linear relationship with regards to the 50pM DNA/40pM MB sample in comparison to the 75pM DNA/60pM MB and 100pM/80pM MB, we have decided to re-make all three samples and run them again. If we still see that the 50pM/40pM sample is an outlier, we may be able to determine this as being close to our detection limit.
