Coating 19.25nm AuNP with Silica

1) Centrifuge PVP coated AuNP at 60g for 10 minutes

RCF = 0.00001118 x r x N2

RCF= relative centrifugal force (gravities)

r= radius of rotor

N= rpm

60g = 0.00001118 x 8.35cm x N2

N= 800rpm

2) Remove supernatant and redisperse in 1.97mL 4.2vol% ammonia in ethanol
