1:6 dilution with thiol primer attached. (10μL diluted to 100μL with 90μL water)
Elaine's Primer (10μL diluted to 100μL with 90μL H₂O)\
Telomerase Complementary Strand (10μL diluted to 100μL with 90μL H₂O)
