Project Description/Abstract

The goal of this research is to use Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy as a method to detect telomerase activity in cancer cells, using different aptamers (ZnPPIX, ThT, Molecular Beacon) attached to gold nanoparticles as fluorescent probes
