1) a. 5μL 2mM dNTP soln, 100μL cell solution, 50μL Elaine's primer, 25μL telomerase complementary strand, 25μL Molecular Beacon

  b. 5μL 2mM dNTP soln, 100μL cell solution, 50μL primer attached to AuNP, 25μL telomerase complementary strand, 25μL Molecular Beacon
