Labtrove
Labtrove is an open source electronic lab notebook/blog platform developed at the University of Southampton.

Currently maintained by the Labtrove team at Southampton (support@labtrove.org).
For bug reports and feature requests, please use their Sourceforge page.
Future hosting could be carried out on the National Servers Program (Linked to the nectar).
