Technical supervision of undergraduate work.

The following people will be responsible for echnical supervision, advice, etc to the undergrad team for the listed topics.

  • Synthesized fragments: Scott (I can manage this but we need to clarify exactly what it entails)
  • Assembly PCR cloning: Felix
  • Lactobacillus protocols:
  • Protein purification and detection: (Sarah might be the biggest expert among us, actually)
  • S. mutans adhesion assay: Chia
