  The sequence of pKD3's cat fragment is 1033bp. But in this protocol the so given pKD3 cat sequence is only 1032bp. Actually it lost an "A" at the position 69(which you can find out by aligning the given sequence in this protocl with the pKD3 sequence on NCBI [[1]] ).
