  • Torsten Waldminghaus 09:58, 18 April 2008 (EDT):To me the idea to use OWW as platform to develope a manuscript sounds very attractive specially if the authors are at different places arround the world. A second nice thing would be that authers who are not native speakers could benefit from having a manuscript reviewed by some english speaking people without any need for them to understand every detail of the work. I have just one question: Can I send a manuscript to a journal to publish it when it was allready openly availible on OWW or wherever else on the net? I guess one usually has to sign that the stuff was not already published elsewhere - is this a problem?
