- ---Karmella 22:30, 26 November 2012 (EST): Vi, Brady and I are going to try combining Gibson-ized PCR products with a XbaI/SpeI cut BioBrick vector. The BioBrick prefix and suffix are a convenient ~20bp long. If this works, we may not have to PCR-amplify the vector as long as the Gibson inserts have BioBrick ends.
