The last section is somehow unclear to me. There are two desired cells concentrations mentioned
1. "The desired concentration is '''2.5 \times 10^{11}''' cells per mL, giving 1\times 10^{10} cells per 40 μL"
and then there is the instruction to
2. "Dilute the cell suspension to a concentration of '''2 x 10^10''' to 3 x 10^10 cells/ml"
So what should be the desired end concentration for the cells. Or is the second concentration just for testing the arching?
Thanks for any help.

The last section is somehow unclear to me. There are two desired cells concentrations mentioned

1. "The desired concentration is 2.5 \times 10^{11} cells per mL, giving 1\times 10^{10} cells per 40 μL" and then there is the instruction to 2. "Dilute the cell suspension to a concentration of 2 x 10^10 to 3 x 10^10 cells/ml"

So what should be the desired end concentration for the cells. Or is the second concentration just for testing the arching? Thanks for any help.
