Be sure to indicate if any of your samples were diluted! Also, double-check that you are taking the correct ratio (Renilla/firefly).

Note: feel free to put ratios from either background-subtracted or raw values; they are likely to be quite similar. Hoewever, if you see this note, please mark which kind of data your ratios come from.
