Heterocyclic compound implicated in organic synthesis of unnatural amino acids, and most importantly as a miscible (anhydrous) reagent to synthetize N-substituted phenoxyalkylamines (ligands) using orthogonal (multi-step) catalysis of arynes protected C=C ions in liquid phase PTC/Ion chromatography.
