		+	Spent the day working out the fstochmin.m code. After attempting different ways for hours to get the equation connected to a function handle(@), I managed to work out the code. The fstochmin.m function is now being called by a separate script, my-F-pt1.m, which also graphs the minimization of the equation in my-F.m. The next step to focus on removing or ignoring the NaNs from the input file and indices such that the output will have all of the correct data points and none of the blank rows that have been resulting from the NaNs. Some ways around this are possibly using accumarray() or something similar, or to use the ignoreNaN.m function I found online. The latter will take some time to figure out how to tailor the function specifically for our needs. Other options are also being researched at the moment by Katrina. I have been leaving early for the past few days due to MCAT studying. The test occurs this coming thursday, the 24th, so after that these entries will be more complete.
