Rules Two enzyme coolers are in -20C over the Quanta bay. One with a green tape on top stores the commonly used enzymes while the other stores infrequently used enzymes. The backup cooler of the commonly used enzymes (including polymerases and ligases) is in main -20C. If the enzyme is available in HF form, only the HF form will be backed up unless otherwise requested. When the working stock has been (or almost) used up, replace (or combine) with a new tube.
