Rules

  • Two enzyme coolers are in -20C over the Quanta bay. One with a green tape on top stores the commonly used enzymes while the other stores infrequently used enzymes.
  • The backup cooler of the commonly used enzymes (including polymerases and ligases) is in main -20C.
  • If the enzyme is available in HF form, only the HF form will be backed up unless otherwise requested.
  • When the working stock has been (or almost) used up, replace (or combine) with a new tube.
