Our lab is interested in the 'system' level properties of pattern formation in cells. We use tools from cell biology and biophysics, microscopy, molecular biology and numerical simulations.
We are currently focussed on two problems:
1) The movement of microtubules within cells
2) Variability in cell shape and its regulation in bacteria
