1. Hela cells were plated onto a T150 (make 2 plates)

2. When confluent, determine the concentration of cells from the second vessel

3. Wash the cells 3x with PBS, remove the media

4. Infected the cells with an MOI of 10 (10 viral particles/cell) using AdWT dissolved in 5 ml PBS

5. Incubate at 37°C for 2 h
